Collaboration with AK+

The pilot project for AK+.  Winner of the Best Condominium of the Year 2015-16, International Property Awards in London and Finalist for ​Best Building of the Year 2016 by World Architectural Festival. This project garnered along with 10 other international awards across various other disciplines, namely landscape and sustainable design. A gated guarded development; consisting of 2 Condominium Block of 423 units, with 68 low rise Villas in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
